Over the years, research has shown that healthy dietary patterns can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and some type of cancer.
Not just single healthy food can give you all the health benefits. You need to combine the healthy foods with considering calories. That will not just improve your health and your immunity to fight with diseases.
Healthy foods for healthy diet
Whole Grains
Brown Rice, Oat Meal, Barley, Quinoa, Whole grain cereal.
Vegetables
Carrot, Beetroot, Broccoli, Ladies Finger, Lettuce, Potato, Tomato, Bitter Guard and Mushroom.
Fish
Fish with Omega-3 content like Salmon, Trout, Tuna Steaks.
Leafy Greens
Spinach, Kale, Collard Greens and Mustard greens
Fruits
Seasonal fruits like Mango and Water Melon, Apple, Pomegranate, Guava, Pears, Plums and Banana
Dry Fruits and Nuts
Fig, Almond, Pistachios, Cashews, Cranberry, Peanuts.
Dairy
Milk, Cheese, Yogurt and Ghee.
